I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with experience working with organizations and individuals to build clarity, focus, and sustainable performance in high-demand environments.
My work centers on executive function coaching for companies and teams, complemented by attachment-informed one-on-one coaching that addresses the deeper patterns shaping how
people work, relate, and manage stress.
In corporate and professional settings, I help fast-moving teams strengthen the core cognitive and emotional skills that make performance possible: focus, prioritization, follow-through, emotional regulation, and clear communication. Many organizations expect consistent output without accounting for cognitive overload or the impact of constant pressure. My trainings translate research on attention, regulation, and executive functioning into practical tools employees can use immediately, improving clarity and performance without burnout.
Alongside this work, my individual coaching focuses on how attachment style quietly influences behavior across all areas of life. Clients often come to me noticing patterns such as anxiety around connection, people-pleasing, avoidance, or difficulty trusting themselves and others. These patterns don’t just affect relationships; they shape boundaries, decision-making,
stress responses, and follow-through at work and at home. In our work together, we build insight, emotional steadiness, and practical skills that support healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self-trust.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical. This is not therapy, diagnosis, or “try harder” advice. It’s about understanding how you’re wired, reducing unnecessary strain, and
creating systems, internally and externally, that support clarity, connection, and sustainable success.
Whether I’m training a team or coaching someone one-on-one, my goal is the same: to help people think clearly, work effectively, and understand what genuinely works best for
them.
