Thank you Michelle
Thank you so much for validating the work I do. It means so much to me to know I make a difference.
Would you like to discover what brings you joy and fulfillment? How wonderful it would be to consider yourself, without the nagging feelings of being selfish. It is okay to discover what matters to you, to nurture yourself.
No matter where you find yourself in life right now, let’s take a moment to rediscover what truly matters to you.
You are so much more than just your roles as a spouse, parent, professional, or caregiver—you are a unique individual with dreams and the potential for new beginnings.
Hey there. I want to share a bit about my work and the unique perspective I bring to supporting individuals navigating the changes life brings.
Having experienced the complexities of life firsthand, I understand the fear, sadness, and suffering that often accompany a significant life change. I was in an unhealthy marriage for 27 years. My journey as a former military spouse and my near-death truck accident were pivotal moments that inspired me to rise up and respect myself.
I am dedicated to helping those who, like me, have sacrificed their self-worth and self-respect. My experience has taught me the importance of recognizing the emotional turmoil that can come from feeling unheard, experiencing guilt and fear, and compromising core values. Do you want to rediscover what really matters to you?
I have supported many through estranged relationships, low self-esteem, and feelings of abandonment, and loss of loved ones.
Are you experiencing loss and want someone to understand how your situation is unique? I have lost a my mom, my dad and a brother. I also worked at the largest memorial/funeral place in California. I was the first person people would meet, when they came in to make arrangement. This is why I know that every loss is unique.
If you or someone you know is experiencing, loss, or loneliness, I invite you to reach out for support and compassion.

1 on 1 Coaching
Looking for something more personal?
Answer: The key difference between a life coach and a therapist lies in their approach and focus. A life coach is like an athletic coach, primarily guiding you in setting and achieving personal goals, enhancing performance, and developing skills for self-improvement. They focus on future aspirations and actionable strategies.
Answer: Typically, life coaches are not covered by insurance, as their services do not fall under the category of licensed mental health care. However, I offer affordable packages or payment plans to make my services more accessible. During my free call, we will discuss the best payment plan for you.
You might consider seeing a life coach when you feel like you’re at a standstill in your progress. A life coach can help you gain more insights about yourself, offering practical tools and strategies to create a sustainable sense of direction. My focus is on helping you live a life filled with confidence and joy by setting and achieving personal goals. This can be especially beneficial for those ready to move forward and actively implement positive changes..
